The TRAM Program
The TRAM Program is an 8-week, cohort-based online mentorship program for early-career transfusion professionals around the world. Participants join live sessions twice a week, with every session recorded and available to rewatch. Mentees are selected through a structured application and screening process, and a registration fee applies. The program is open globally to transfusion professionals.

Each TRAM cohort features transfusion leaders and innovators from across Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond. Guest speakers share their journeys, pivotal career decisions, and lessons learned in building impactful work in transfusion sciences.

Who Can Apply
The TRAM Program is designed for early-career doctors, laboratory scientists, technicians, and researchers working in transfusion. Applicants from all countries are welcome. Follow us on LinkedIn to be notified when applications for the next cohort open.
