Transfusion science is a beautiful and unique field. Yet for many young professionals entering this space, the path forward is unclear. Diverse entry routes, inconsistent training, and limited career guidance leave early-career professionals navigating alone. TRAM was created to fill that gap.
TRAM is an 8-week online mentorship program for early-career transfusion science professionals. Live sessions twice a week, one-on-one mentorship, recorded resources. Since January 2025, three cohorts have run. 36 participants accepted from 86 applications, from 10 countries across 4 continents. Consistently rated above 4.5 out of 5.
